Our policy lasts 14 Days from the day you receive the order. If 14 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, tagged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable for an exchange of a Product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer free delivery all over Pakistan within 7-10 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
– The customer/s will be informed by our team through an email or a call if there’s any delay in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances / issue with the product.
– There are no delivery charges on the orders.
– Customers can inquire about their orders through contacting us on Facebook or Whatsapp by mentioning order number received via e-mail.
